This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and autonomy for counselors to manage their schedules effectively. Counselors can choose to work with full-time hours (30-40 hours per week) or opt for part-time arrangements, catering to their individual lifestyles. • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients using phone calls, video chat, or secure messaging through our dedicated application.
• Engage with patients during 30- or 45-minute sessions, applying effective therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Document therapy sessions and monitor patient progress, ensuring that client information remains confidential and secure.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment plans and patient outcomes, aiming to enhance quality of care.

Our clientele consists of stable patients who present low acuity mental health conditions. As a member of our team, you will work with diverse demographic groups, with the ability to select up to three specific client populations to ensure alignment with your therapeutic strengths and interests. Conditions treated include ADHD, OCD, grief, relationship issues, and mild mood disorders, providing you the chance to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives remotely.

• A Master's degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active independent license to practice mental health counseling in Pennsylvania, free from disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in the use of technology for telehealth services; possession of a working PC or laptop and reliable internet connectivity (tablets are not acceptable).

• Prior experience in remote or teletherapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital platforms for mental health, allowing for efficient client communication and session management.
• Experience in addressing a broad range of mental health conditions, particularly in outpatient or community health environments.
