Regular team check-ins and monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist ensure that you remain connected and supported in your role.

• Conduct in-depth psychiatric evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of assessment tools that inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans for both individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies tailored to unique patient circumstances.
• Lead therapeutic sessions that promote emotional wellness, interpersonal skills, and coping strategies for patients and their families.
• Participate actively in monthly clinical case reviews, providing insights and receiving feedback to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Coordinate discharge plans and aftercare services to ensure seamless transitions out of the health system.
• Create thorough and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population from diverse backgrounds. Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a family systems approach, you will not only support individual patients but also work to strengthen family dynamics and communication.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those who possess:

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations utilizing an empathetic and culturally sensitive approach.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly in community health clinics or nonprofit organizations.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
