As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure: A current state license in one of the following categories is mandatory:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to independently navigate therapy sessions without supervision.
• No recorded disciplinary actions against your licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic disposition.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and teletherapy software.

Experience in conducting teletherapy is advantageous, particularly with diverse populations. Knowledge of the latest developments in evidence-based practices in psychotherapy is also preferred. Familiarity with meeting the needs of varied demographics will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your hours of operation and caseload. Additional benefits include:
