Job description

EHR Implementation Project Manager – Remote Contract

| Contract through April 2027 | Two Openings| MUST LIVE ON THE EAST COAST

Lead meaningful healthcare technology projects from planning through successful deployment. We are seeking two experienced EHR Implementation Project Managers to manage complex implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure new systems are delivered smoothly and effectively.

This is a remote opportunity within the United States, with potential travel. Candidates located in or near Philadelphia are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead EHR implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate clinical, operational, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, priorities, risks, and decisions.

  • Identify implementation risks, resolve issues, and manage project dependencies.

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

  • Support workflow planning, system readiness, testing, training, and go-live activities.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide clear status reporting.

What You Bring
  • Demonstrated experience managing EHR implementation projects.

  • Strong project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday on one of these schedules: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

  • Willingness to travel when required.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

  • Commitment to the full contract assignment through April 2027.
