Work Environment

• This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver ethical and empathetic mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients in developing essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Maintain detailed notes and records of counseling sessions, while keeping paperwork to a minimum through our efficient systems.
• Stay informed about best practices in mental health through continuous professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will include stable adults who are facing low-acuity mental health challenges. This focus allows for a supportive and constructive therapeutic environment where clients can effectively learn to navigate their mental health with your guidance. You will play a critical role in fostering resilience and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Independent licensure, allowing you to operate without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective communication with clients.
• Proficient in using technology, specifically video conferencing software.
• Reliable internet connection to support seamless telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their operational functionalities.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices and ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience.
• Sign-on bonus offered to qualified candidates.
• Weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely and consistent compensation.
