Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be instrumental in the therapeutic process by:

• Evaluating clients’ mental health through comprehensive assessments and establishing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Maintaining an active caseload with 25-30 client visits per week, providing consistent and compassionate support across various therapy modalities.
• Providing thorough and ongoing documentation of sessions, ensuring diligent adherence to company policies while preparing clinical case notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that may include case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, enhancing treatment integration for clients.
• Applying creative interventions to facilitate client growth while helping them achieve and often exceed their personal goals in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous involvement with fee collection and the operational aspects of providing mental health services.
