Position Overview

Life Reconcile Counseling Services is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers you the chance to utilize your expertise in providing compassionate, effective mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families, ultimately helping them improve their quality of life.

About the Organization

Life Reconcile Counseling Services operates as a community health clinic based in Orlando, Florida, focused on delivering comprehensive mental health care to a diverse population. We are committed to treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Our practice emphasizes evidence-based treatment approaches and personalized care, aiming to bring meaningful change to the lives of our clients.

Work Environment

This role is designed to be entirely remote, allowing our therapists to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients. Our supportive work environment encourages collaboration through virtual meetings and online supervision, ensuring our therapists remain connected and informed despite the physical distance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and challenges, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in overcoming their mental health struggles.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, fostering a sense of community and providing valuable information around common mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists—to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support in acute mental health situations and ensuring client safety.
  • Educate clients on various mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and resources available within the community to promote autonomy and informed decision-making.
  • Document all client interactions and progress diligently, maintaining confidentiality while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular team consultations and professional development events to enhance skills and evolve practices.
  • Stay updated on current research, best practices, and innovations in the mental health field to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of demographics across Orlando and surrounding areas, reflecting cultural diversity and varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Therapists will engage with individuals experiencing different levels of mental health challenges, ensuring personalized care that respects each client's background and circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
  • Solid understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting mental health assessments and crafting targeted treatment plans that yield positive outcomes.
  • Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and effective communication.
  • Strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and ability to maintain professional boundaries.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to client care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating skills in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Familiarity with integrated behavioral health services or community mental health settings is a plus.
  • Experience in telehealth service delivery, especially under remote healthcare environments.
Compensation and Benefits

Life Reconcile Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Healthcare benefits encompassing medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • A retirement savings plan with employer contributions to support your future.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to promote work-life balance.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect you in your practice.
  • Support for continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
  • Clear paths for career advancement within a thriving practice.
  • A collaborative work environment that values team input and innovation.
