• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Provide ongoing therapy and support in individual and group settings, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational best practices.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other professionals within the community health clinic to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

The mental health counselors at Tenet Mental Healthcare support a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Your focus will be on delivering the highest quality care to those in need, enabling them to achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or children.
• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for documenting client interactions effectively.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against any licensing board.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Certification in CBT or other evidence-based therapies.
• Background working in community health or school settings preferred.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus for new hires.
