Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or children.
  • Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for documenting client interactions effectively.
  • A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against any licensing board.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
  • Certification in CBT or other evidence-based therapies.
  • Background working in community health or school settings preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus for new hires.
