As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work in a fully digital environment, utilizing advanced telehealth platforms to connect with clients. This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional disturbances, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• An active professional license in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) appropriate for delivering psychotherapeutic services.
• A minimum of two years of experience in direct mental health counseling with individuals experiencing emotional difficulties.
• Proficient interpersonal communication skills tailored for engaging clients through digital platforms such as Zoom or Skype.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling is highly desirable, as it enables quick adaptation to the demands of remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy software will enhance your efficiency in managing client information.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, combined with performance-based incentives to recognize your contributions.
