In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of patients, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.
• Conducting initial assessments, intake sessions, and the ongoing therapeutic process via telehealth channels, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
• Facilitating individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities based on best practices.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and follow-up sessions in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational standards.
• Collaborating closely with psychopharmacologists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, particularly for patients requiring medication management.

The ideal candidate for the Mental Health Therapist position must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential; advanced degrees such as a master's or doctorate are preferred.
• Possession of current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of three years of direct mental health counseling experience, preferably in a community health setting or similar.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, especially cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

While all experience levels are encouraged to apply, preferred candidates will demonstrate:

• An established record of successful client outcomes, particularly in the treatment of mood disorders.
