Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: Hawaii
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Overview
We're hiring Hawaii-licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs to provide mental health services through telehealth. This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy focused client care, organized workflows, and the flexibility of working remotely. You'll support clients with a range of mental health concerns by providing therapy, tracking progress, and helping guide treatment based on each person's needs. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with a focus on quality care and strong clinical practices.
Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to understand client needs
  • Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
  • Support clients with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life challenges
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and records
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches within your scope of practice
  • Follow confidentiality requirements, ethical guidelines, and Hawaii telehealth standards

Requirements
  • Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Hawaii
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline
