• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate therapeutic objectives.
• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic and effective client care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines of the practice.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and engage in professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction challenges. • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Strong command of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
