• Conduct in-depth assessments through telehealth sessions to evaluate clients' mental health issues, formulate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.
• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, employing crisis intervention techniques to provide effective short-term support and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and all relevant documentation comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and various healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment and care continuity for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and therapeutic options available, while also advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and obtaining certifications to stay current with mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
