Prime Stable Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time remote role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients via telehealth. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group interventions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed initial consultations and ongoing assessments, documenting each case accurately from the first interaction through the resolution of treatment.
  • Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop evidence-based intervention and recovery plans tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that resonate with participants.
  • Monitor clients' progress in adherence to treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and other mental health specialists to create comprehensive intervention plans.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with clients and their healthcare teams to optimize hospitalization transitions and ongoing care.
  • Proactively identify and address behaviors that may hinder recovery, while empowering clients and families through education and support.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
  • Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR.
  • Strong foundation in understanding physical and emotional health issues, including addiction disorders.
  • In-depth knowledge of practices endorsed by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with unparalleled interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience providing mental health counseling in a telehealth or remote setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in psychotherapy treatment modalities.
  • A proven track record of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside a competitive sign-on bonus.
