This position offers a fully remote work setting, leveraging telehealth technology to provide services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate, ongoing confidential records in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in regular staff conferences to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and contribute to program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Participate in departmental on-call rotations to ensure timely support for clients in crisis situations, further demonstrating our commitment to client accessibility and safety.
• Supervise and mentor Post-Masters Fellows and Associate Clinical Social Workers, LMFTs, or LPCCs, when qualified, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practice standards.
• Educate clients and their families about treatment protocols and therapeutic regimens, offering guidance on compliance with prescribed medications and interventions.
• Utilize community resources effectively by providing referrals to external agencies to enhance client support services.
• Address any emerging safety concerns by reporting to mandated agencies, ensuring client welfare remains at the forefront of our practices.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including those experiencing acute and chronic mental illnesses. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive and customized treatment strategies. • A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and departmental policies regarding patient privacy and care.

• Experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations, focusing on various mental health issues.
• Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation within mental health settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
