Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment strategies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals that address the specific challenges faced by each client, continually adjusting them based on progress.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their emotions and experiences.
  • Collaborate with educational professionals, psychiatrists, and other mental health practitioners to provide integrated support that addresses all facets of a child’s well-being.
  • Educate and involve families in the treatment process, empowering them to be active participants in their loved one's recovery through workshops and resources.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate client records to comply with professional ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
