Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Phoenix Rise Counseling, you will play a crucial role in helping clients address and overcome personal and relational issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples as well as individual family members.
• Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of topics including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitating therapy sessions that involve the entire family unit, focusing on blended families, separation and divorce, and conflicts among family members.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
