• Provide individual counseling to clients through video sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for mental health improvement.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, experiences, and behaviors, helping them gain insight and understanding into their mental health and interpersonal relationships.
• Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, assisting them in defining realistic and achievable personal goals.
• Thoroughly evaluate client's mental conditions, crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans rooted in solution-focused therapies grounded in your extensive clinical experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes through our all-in-one therapy dashboard, allowing for streamlined operations.

• Work with a carefully screened clientele composed of stable adults presenting low acuity issues, ensuring that counselors can provide optimal support without the complexity of high-risk cases.
• Receive client referrals aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing both the counselor’s experience and client satisfaction.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a full license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing, allowing you to practice independently without supervision.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and compassionate nature in all client interactions.
• Proficient in using digital technology, including video conferencing and client management systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of client needs.

• Your compensation will range from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked, providing a robust source of income whether as a supplement or your main income.
