• Manage a diverse caseload of patients, conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy sessions via digital platforms.
• Utilize standardized policies and evidence-based scientific methods to guide clinical decision-making, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining the ability to adapt to a dynamic workload that may include interruptions.
• Facilitate problem-solving by identifying, evaluating, and resolving patient challenges using established therapeutic approaches and interventions.
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and protected health information at all times.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to align on treatment objectives and share insights that enhance patient outcomes.

This role focuses on a broad spectrum of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their individual journeys toward recovery, fostering resilience through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and ongoing emotional support.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, with a proven record of implementing therapeutic modalities in a virtual format.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools that enhance patient engagement.
• Experience using standardized assessments and evidence-based treatment approaches to effectively address diverse client needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
