• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Implement effective therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to promote healing and personal development.
• Create and execute customized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals for each client, continuously monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and effective care for clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention and develop risk assessment and safety plans as necessary to address client needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with standard ethical practices and organizational protocols.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, requiring a nuanced approach to therapy. You will work with individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. • A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Experience in delivering evidence-based therapies to diverse populations, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.
• Previous experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
