• Counsel clients through individual video sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively improve their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to delve deeper into their emotions and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Assist clients in goal-setting and act as their advocate throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health status, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active, independent license to practice, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to conduct professional assessments and make informed treatment planning and implementation decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathetic disposition towards clients.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain client records seamlessly.

• Experience in telehealth or online counseling settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.
