• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating patients’ psychological state in relation to their co-occurring medical conditions.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that address both psychiatric symptoms and medical concerns, ensuring each plan is adaptable to ongoing patient needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices, techniques, and therapeutic methodologies tailored specifically to the complexities of each patient's situation.
• Actively engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical professionals to execute coordinated care strategies that enhance treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and resource allocation to effectively manage acute situations.
• Educate patients about the interconnectivity between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them with strategies to manage their overall health effectively.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to remain current with mental health practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the organization.

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and include individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, often complicated by underlying medical conditions. You will work with clients who require compassionate support, and your role will be to foster a trustworthy therapeutic relationship, allowing them to explore their experiences and challenges within a safe environment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrable experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, showcasing depth of understanding and effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Strong ethical standards with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and ensure patient confidentiality in all circumstances.
• Comfortable utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology for efficient patient management and therapy delivery.

• Previous experience within a telehealth framework or understanding of virtual therapy best practices.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment techniques.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and their application in a mental health context.
