As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate individual client needs, strengths, and challenges, which will inform tailored treatment plans.
• Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans to comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective care strategies and treatment interventions.
• Engaging in regular peer review meetings to discuss complex cases and enrich your knowledge through collaborative learning.
• Offering education and guidance to clients and families about mental health issues, treatment processes, and available local and online resources.
• Staying current with developments in mental health research and best practices, influencing your clinical approach to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a broad and diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your focus will be on creating a safe and supportive virtual space where clients can openly discuss their experiences and embark on their journey to mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focused on providing psychotherapy solutions.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based approaches and solution-focused interventions tailored to unique patient needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on building therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Ability to function collaboratively within a remote team environment, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

• Experience working in a remote healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy modalities.
