Work Environment

This role is uniquely remote, enabling you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your own home while serving clients in Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—in individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Monitor and track clients' progress through regular follow-ups and assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Provide crucial crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emotional emergencies.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and holistic mental health care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic innovations to continually enhance your practice.
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives to refine clinical skills and share best practices within the team.
• Abide by the ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards, ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Centered Living, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and various mental health disorders. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in creating a safe and trusting atmosphere, allowing clients to openly explore their feelings and experiences. With a focus on empowerment and resilience, you will help clients develop coping strategies and tools necessary for long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

Centered Living Counseling Services offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional financial incentives may be available, including performance bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
