• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for a diverse range of patients; develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-focused methods.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs; engage in regular evaluations to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and administrative staff, to facilitate coordinated care for all patients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and receiving constructive feedback to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Provide education and resources for patients and their families, empowering them with strategies and knowledge related to mental health.
• Remain informed about the latest research, clinical practices, and developments within mental health to continually improve patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our goal is to create individualized treatment plans that respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient, fostering an environment of trust and healing.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, allowing you to bring valuable insights and skills to our team.

• Previous experience working in a remote healthcare setting is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
