• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to patients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, which will inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement culturally competent treatment plans that are personalized to meet the diverse needs of each patient, ensuring they align with the latest best practices in mental health.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.
• Monitor patients' progress during therapy sessions and adjust treatment strategies based on their feedback and insights gained during the therapeutic process.
• Provide valuable education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can assist in their recovery journey.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards of practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality and securing informed consent, in compliance with local and federal regulations.

In this role, you will mainly work with individuals undergoing detoxification and those experiencing intense psychological distress. Your expert guidance will be critical as they navigate the complexities of addiction recovery and mental health issues. By fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, you will empower these individuals to achieve lasting recovery and improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience delivering psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly dealing with detox or recovery-related issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong clinical skills, demonstrated through training in assessment techniques and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient data efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of numerous mental health conditions and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by patients in recovery.

Experience in a remote healthcare environment is a plus, as it can ease the transition into our virtual counseling setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuous professional development will also be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
