• Deliver ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling via a secure teletherapy platform.
• Employ solution-focused modalities to structure your sessions, effectively driving therapeutic progress.

Your client base will include individuals from all walks of life, specifically those experiencing anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues exacerbated by contemporary challenges. By utilizing teletherapy, you will expand your reach and provide support to clients in urban, suburban, and rural areas, ensuring that quality mental health care is accessible to all, regardless of location. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Must possess active licensure or be eligible for licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy, preferably in a virtual setting, or a willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.
• Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to foster rapport with clients in an online environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and inclusive care practices, recognizing the diverse needs of our clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with digital counseling methodologies.
• Strong background in solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Proficient in managing a caseload and handling administrative duties related to client care.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, subject to caseload and experience.
