This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a location of your choice while delivering essential mental health services. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, and we believe in providing our counselors with the flexibility to manage their schedules, fostering a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. You will benefit from in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative burdens.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions according to the unique needs of each case.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by communicating effectively with your healthcare team regarding assessment findings, treatment strategies, and progressing through established care plans.
• Provide competent care that addresses the comprehensive physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients, adapting your approach based on the age and specific circumstances of each client.
• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community professionals to ensure seamless and holistic treatment experiences.
• Complete documentation in a timely and ethical manner to ensure that all patient interactions, treatment progress, and assessments are accurately recorded.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in achieving their personalized service plans and recovery goals.

The individuals you will be working with at Renewed Life encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, including those battling substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide these individuals through their recovery journeys, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary for improved mental wellness and reintegration into their communities.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is essential, demonstrating your ability to handle the complexities of patient care.

• Experience in working with detox and substance use treatment environments is highly desired.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is a strong plus.
• Experience in case management and interprofessional collaboration will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on experience and licensing credentials. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
