Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Pennsylvania
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This role focuses on providing virtual mental health care to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As an LCSW in a telehealth setting, you’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients through ongoing therapy sessions—all within a structured weekday schedule. Your work directly helps clients build coping strategies, improve functioning, and maintain stability in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
