You will engage with clients through various telehealth technologies that enhance accessibility and promote routine check-ins. • Deliver personalized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adjusting techniques based on the client’s progress and needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective methods to encourage open dialogue, skill development, and peer support.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate multifaceted care approaches for clients.
• Assist families and caregivers by providing educational resources, consultations, and support to enhance the overall therapeutic experience.
• Identify behavioral patterns through assessments and observations, helping clients navigate challenges to their recovery processes.

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and elderly individuals, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be essential in fostering safe spaces for clients to explore their vulnerabilities and develop coping strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Strong understanding of different therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of the effects of prescribed medications on mental health is beneficial.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Experience in delivering therapeutic services through telehealth platforms is preferred, enabling smooth transitions to remote client interactions.
• Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is an asset.
