Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Individual & Family Plans)

Remote (Must reside in MN or WI)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team! In this high-volume inbound role, you will handle 30-40 warm inbound calls per day, helping prospective clients navigate, evaluate, and enroll in Individual nad Family health insurance products. There is zero cold calling required-just direct support for individuals and families looking for the right coverage.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Pay: $25.00 per hour

  • Uncapped Commission Structure:

    • $10 per sale (Individual & Family Plans)

  • Equipment Provided: Laptop and monitor provided

  • Consistent Leads: Daily inbound call flow with no cold outreach

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer 30-40 inbound sales calls daily from prospective clients seeking individual, family, or Medicare coverage.

  • Educate clients on plan options, benefits, and costs to guide them toward informed decisions that fit their budget and medical needs.

  • Complete enrollments efficiently while adhering to all CMS guidelines, state compliance standards, and internal documentation requirements.

  • Log all call outcomes, client interactions, and sales accurately within the CRM database.

  • Maintain performance metrics and sales goals during peak open enrollment periods.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active Health Insurance License (Resident of MN or WI).

  • Workplace Setup: Strong high-speed internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant home office space.

  • Experience: Background in health insurance sales, call center operations, or working with Individual/Family and Medicare coverage preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and comfort navigating CRM and quoting databases.

  • Schedule Flexibility:

    • Mandatory Monday-Friday paid training (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

    • Ability to work flexible seasonal shifts (8:00-4:30, 9:30-6:00, or 11:30-8:00) and weekend overtime as needed during open enrollment.
