• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, effectively determining their individualized treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific challenges and aspirations, ensuring a focused approach to mental wellness.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, adapting techniques to meet the varied needs of clients.
• Collaborate integrally with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to guarantee cohesive and well-rounded support for clients.
• Engage in family education sessions to enhance client outcomes, equipping families with knowledge and tools that encourage participation in the recovery process.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Specialized training in mental health counseling or extensive experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Exceptional therapeutic and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journeys.

• A minimum of two years' experience in mental health counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms are advantageous.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
