• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to effectively gauge clients' mental health needs, ensuring that every session is personalized and responsive to their evolving situations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique objectives, incorporating evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Provide individual therapy for adult clients utilizing teletherapy, adapting interventions based on real-time feedback and assessment.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Engage in professional development initiatives to remain informed of new trends, research, and techniques in the mental health field, contributing to your own growth and that of the organization.

Our therapists serve a diverse adult population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. This role is critical in empowering clients to achieve their goals and foster resilience, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• A valid and active license as a LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Compassionate demeanor that embodies empathy and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions on board.

• Experience working in community health or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology to facilitate virtual sessions.
• Exposure to various therapeutic modalities suited for adult clients.

• A competitive annual salary between $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
