• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to adult clients employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.
• Use teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual counseling sessions, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, incorporating swift and effective strategies to address urgent mental health concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about best practices in mental health care and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation as per state and federal guidelines, ensuring compliance and accountability.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in clinical practice.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a demanding caseload.
• Free from any disciplinary actions on licensure history.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Previous work in outpatient settings or community mental health services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and mental health documentation processes.

• A competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
