• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to identify and address client issues effectively.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring alignment with their goals and needs to foster empowerment and recovery.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on sessions and feedback.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to assist clients in managing mental health conditions, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Document and maintain comprehensive case files in the cloud-based EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices, emerging therapies, and organizational strategies.

The clients you will work with are individuals of diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Some may require support for dual diagnoses, and your role will be integral to helping them navigate their recovery journeys. We are focused on empowering clients through consistent communication, trust-building, and an individualized approach to each person's circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including a reliable laptop or desktop, internet access, and a web camera for virtual sessions.
• The ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and consistency in a remote environment.
• Completion of a background check prior to employment.

• Experience with various therapeutic techniques and treatment plans.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
• Advanced knowledge in trauma-informed care and working with dual diagnoses.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
