This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own work schedule within the hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Our telehealth work facility leverages modern technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, eliminating geographical barriers and enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality care. You will never have to be on-call, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific needs.
• Regularly assess clients' progress through self-administered symptom evaluations, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted accordingly to promote maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies aligning with best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize integrated digital health tools to enhance client engagement and streamline follow-up processes, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Engage in ongoing support and consultation within our multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances professional growth and patient outcomes.

Your role will primarily focus on adult populations, including individuals grappling with a diverse array of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. The ability to treat all populations and adapt therapy to meet unique needs is crucial for this position.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.
• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with higher-risk and adult populations.

• At least two years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to individuals with various mental health conditions.
• A strong commitment to treating diverse client populations and fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating technology into clinical practice.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
