  • Motivation to build and run an independent practice
  • Active WA professional license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PhD in Clinical Psychology) Associates are welcome!
  • All Associate members are required to join our insurance program and credential with all RTG insurance partners.
  • All Fully Licensed members are required to credential with at least 2 of RTG's current insurance partners.
  • Masters Degree or higher
  • Reliable Internet Connection
  • Consistent availability of 15 hours per week
