• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support client growth and recovery.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored, effective treatment plans that cater to those needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care and adherence to legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with research trends and best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults, families, and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. Our focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other emotional and behavioral issues. You will have the opportunity to foster meaningful relationships and empower clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling to diverse populations and a demonstrated ability to address a range of therapeutic issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong capacity to connect and empathize with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings, particularly with individual and group therapies.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Background in working with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Experience engaging with specific populations (e.g., LGBTQIA+, veterans, individuals with substance use disorders).

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
