Healing Journeys Marriage & Family Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our expanding, tech-enabled healthcare team. In this full-time role, you will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver quality mental health care to our clients, connecting through live video sessions and facilitating their journeys towards emotional resilience and growth.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your productivity and personal needs. Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a work-life balance that prioritizes your well-being.

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapeutic care through weekly live video sessions for adult clients, focusing on their specific mental health needs.
• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies and holistic care plans.
• Utilize automated symptom assessments and progress tracking tools to adapt therapy approaches according to clients' evolving needs and treatment goals.
• Engage in regular consultation sessions with clinical leadership to refine your practice and receive support when challenges arise.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans through our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system that streamlines your workflows and enhances patient care delivery.

Your practice will encompass a wide range of adult clients, including those experiencing depressive disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will contribute significantly to clients who may be facing elevated risks, including suicidal ideation, ensuring they receive the empathetic and culturally sensitive care they deserve. Our commitment to inclusivity means you will engage with diverse populations, promoting health equity in mental health treatment.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• Active, independent licensure in your respective field for at least 1 year.
• Demonstrated experience working with adult populations, particularly those at higher risk.

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions tailored to individual adults with varying mental health disorders.
• Comfort in treating all populations and a demonstrated commitment to delivering culturally responsive care.
• Proficiency with digital tools and an enthusiastic approach to integrating technology into clinical practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses as part of our commitment to recognizing your contributions.
