• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapies aimed at managing serious mental health issues such as major depression and anxiety disorders.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments as necessary, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to services tailored to the individual requirements of clients, involving family members and other stakeholders in the process.
• Engage actively in teamwork, contributing to a collaborative environment through regular participation in team meetings and program initiatives focused on continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor an ongoing caseload, ensuring that client assessments, documentation, and follow-up care are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with crisis intervention by recognizing potentially dangerous situations and utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and adherence to ethical guidelines, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing significant emotional and psychological challenges, as well as their families. You will work with a diverse client base that requires cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to connect with clients from various backgrounds effectively. • A current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.
• Strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions specifically for children and adolescents.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, particularly with school-aged populations.

• Familiarity with remote healthcare delivery methods and digital communication tools.
