Job Description:
  • Manage healthcare IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Create project plans, timelines, status reports, and track deliverables
  • Support business case and requirement documentation
  • Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors
  • Lead project meetings, track action items, risks, and issue resolution
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution
  • Ensure smooth transition and project closure activities
Requirement:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with IT projects
  • 3+ years of healthcare payer or healthcare industry experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of IT SDLC
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with data feed integrations and third-party vendors
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field
