This position will function in a remote, flexible setting, enabling you to manage your schedule while adhering to client needs. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to discern clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored specifically for them.
• Deliver individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, regularly assessing and adjusting treatment plans based on progress.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to care for those with mobility issues or geographical constraints.
• Keep precise, timely, and confidential documentation as mandated by ethical guidelines and organizational policies to uphold a standard of care.
• Participate in regular professional development workshops to refine your skills and stay current with industry best practices.

You will work with a diverse array of clients grappling with mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma and relationship difficulties. • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, establishing a foundation of trust and safety in therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively alongside administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in conducting teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly valued.
• Demonstrated history of engaging in continuous professional development through additional certifications or specialized training.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competencies in therapy practices will be beneficial.
