• Conduct virtual counseling sessions, providing clients with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their mental health needs.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop and modify individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation using electronic health record systems, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Our diverse client base includes individuals of all ages and backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different walks of life, delivering tailored support that honors their unique experiences and challenges.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficient interpersonal skills coupled with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy.
• Specialization in treating specific populations such as children, adolescents, or those with substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
