• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and devise personalized treatment plans using evidence-based and solution-focused methods, tailoring the approach to suit individual clients’ needs.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients develop coping strategies and achieve positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and reflective of best practices.
• Collaborate with an integrated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure holistic client care and continuity of services.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer supervision meetings to share insights and enhance the level of care provided to clients.
• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health, creating awareness of treatment options and available community resources.
• Stay current on advancements and research in the field of mental health, and incorporate relevant findings into therapeutic practices whenever applicable.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, each presenting their own unique challenges and experiences. Our clientele often includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. This role necessitates not only clinical expertise but also profound empathy and an understanding of the complexities of mental wellness. Your efforts will directly impact the recovery journeys of your clients, helping them to build resilience and cope effectively with their circumstances.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Colorado.
• Proficient understanding of therapeutic interventions based on solution-focused psychotherapy methods, with an ability to adapt techniques to the nuanced needs of individual clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A knack for critical thinking and problem-solving, particularly in navigating complex client situations while encouraging positive outcomes.
• A commitment to professional collaboration and a willingness to contribute positively to the team dynamic.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote counseling techniques.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including various age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Proficient in case management and participating in interdisciplinary team settings.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
