• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, ensuring that therapy meets each client’s unique psychological, social, and emotional needs.
• Provide high-quality therapy sessions to clients, which may include modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic frameworks based on client needs.
• Set and regularly review therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy and relevance.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual support, actively maintaining engagement and emotional connectivity during sessions.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress thoroughly and timely, upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions, enhancing your skills and staying informed about advancements in treatment methodologies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and adjustment disorders. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, leveraging your expertise to equip them with the tools and coping strategies necessary for long-term resilience and recovery.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields; a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and personal growth.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, prioritizing client dignity and understanding.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective case management and adherence to administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health counseling role, demonstrating a successful track record in delivering therapeutic services.
• Experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or veterans is a plus, reflecting the varied demands of our practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance documentation efficiency and facilitate effective communication within the team.
