• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and set actionable goals.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, utilizing therapeutic methods aligned with their goals.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients with a variety of mental health issues, implementing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients regardless of location.
• Be available to offer crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with mental health best practices to enhance your skills and improve client outcomes.

At Anchored Hope, our clients comprise a richly diverse population seeking assistance with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our counselors play an instrumental role in helping these clients find healing, resilience, and growth through individualized therapeutic approaches.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective management of a full caseload.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy and those familiar with contemporary therapeutic techniques will be preferred. Experience working within a community health context or with diverse populations is also advantageous, as it aligns with our commitment to accessibility and inclusion.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on caseload, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
