• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized substance use and mental health counseling for clients of all ages.
• Oversee case management and treatment planning for youth and families referred to our detox center, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver therapy to individuals and couples, adapting interventions to address a wide range of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards.
• Schedule ongoing appointments, managing an organized calendar to facilitate consistent communication and follow-ups with clients.
• Collaborate with the billing service to facilitate claims processing and ensure the accurate management of client accounts.

This role places emphasis on fostering a supportive therapeutic environment for a diverse client population that includes youth, adults, and families grappling with mental health challenges and substance use issues. Our clients often present with complex needs, and as a social worker, you will be integral in helping them navigate their treatment pathways, providing sustained support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of four years of practical experience in clinical social work, which can be achieved through a combination of a master's-level practicum and post-graduate experience.

• Experience working with substance use disorders and familiarity with detox protocols.
• Previous work in outpatient counseling settings is preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, complemented by additional performance-based bonuses. You will also benefit from:
