Position Overview

Arrowhead Family and Marriage Consulting LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our innovative team in a full-time capacity. This remote position provides the unique opportunity to deliver essential mental health services to diverse clientele while ensuring compliance with established agency guidelines and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) protocols. As a key contributor to our community health clinic, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient intakes to assess mental health and psychosocial status, evaluating diagnostic and functional needs.
  • Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs, while collaborating with primary care providers on treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, scheduling follow-ups to evaluate treatment efficacy and making necessary adjustments to care strategies.
  • Develop relapse prevention plans and assist patients in maintaining stable functioning in their daily lives.
  • Identify at-risk patients and implement preventive strategies to mitigate potential declines in mental health.
  • Coordinate with other behavioral healthcare providers both within and outside our organization to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress accurately within treatment charts, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with primary care providers, ensuring consistent communication regarding patient needs and treatment outcomes.
  • Empower patients by providing educational resources and self-management strategies to promote active involvement in their treatment and recovery.
  • Participate in clinic management discussions to evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral services and identify areas for improvement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health concerns across different demographics. Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
