• Conduct weekly one-on-one evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients via video conferencing, ensuring a personalized and effective approach to mental health care.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize digital tools and systems to administer self-assessments that monitor client symptoms and treatment progress, allowing for informed adjustments to therapy strategies.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, offering guidance and encouragement as they navigate their mental health journeys.
• Participate in team meetings and consultations to discuss case studies, best practices, and professional development opportunities.

The primary focus of this role is working with adults from various backgrounds, addressing a diverse range of mental health disorders. The ability to connect with and support clients from all walks of life, including those facing higher risk factors, is essential in fostering a safe therapeutic alliance that leads to positive outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.
• At least one year of independent therapy practice as a licensed Counselor, Therapist, or Psychologist.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural responsiveness in mental health care, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood.
• Proficient with remote therapy platforms and a willingness to integrate technology into clinical practice to enhance the therapeutic process.

• A minimum of two years of recent experience applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions with adult clients battling various mental health issues.
• A background in working with higher-risk populations or those with complex mental health needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly in a virtual environment.
