• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based practices to address various mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary psychiatric providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize administered self-assessment tools to gauge client symptoms and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing peer consultation and supervision to refine therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

Your client focus will primarily be on adult individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By providing tailored counseling services, you will play a significant role in guiding clients toward recovery and personal empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Full licensure is necessary for autonomous practice in California—eligible licenses include LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must demonstrate a clear professional standing without disciplinary actions.
• Strong decision-making and evaluation skills to create impactful treatment plans for clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in technology and software used for virtual counseling sessions.

• Experience working within a virtual counseling setting is highly preferred, enabling adaptability to remote work dynamics.
• Experience with digital therapeutic tools and platforms will be considered an asset.
• A background in community health or a related field is also favorable, as it aligns with our organizational mission.

• The compensation range for this position is competitive, between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
