• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders to identify their needs, strengths, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and harm reduction strategies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences, fostering a sense of community among clients in recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies related to substance use, offering immediate support and resources.
• Educate clients and their families on addiction-related issues, recovery techniques, and available community resources that aid in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively engage in team meetings, case discussions, and professional training to enhance personal and team performance.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with patients facing substance use issues or mental health challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, recovery processes, and behavioral interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental and empathetic approach towards clients and their families.

• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy, particularly in telehealth settings.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems related to substance use recovery.
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments using validated tools.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
